Honestly...I suck at this blogging thing so badly. Why is it that I cannot get on here once a day and just let my fans, friends & family know whats going on? I am really going to try to change. I am going to start with a small goal of blogging twice a week and

then see if I can get it to become a better habit in my life! I would love to be able to say by the new year "Yes, I blog everyday"!

A True Big Sky Wedding!

Nichole and Mike....an amazing day in Big Sky, MT

This wedding was simply wonderful. For two gentlemen putting the entire event together, it was absolutely AMAZING! Nichole's fiance and dad put together an event any bride would be jealous of! They chose everything from, the invitation design to the bright bouquets. Everything came together wonderfully. She had only two decisions to make.Who did the photography, and what dress she would wear.

And let me tell you...she made GREAT choices for both!

You know what they say...you can take the girl out of Montana, but you can't take the Montana out of the girl! She was a true MT bride!

Seriously handsome devils in their pinstripe suits too!

The entire bridal party was so much fun to work with. They all had great personalities and really gave me a lot of creative flexibility!

The day was such a wonderful experience. I'm really not sure I've ever worked with such an amazing family. They made me feel like I was part of the party!

So the morning started out absolutely wonderful! We had a few rounds of "ring-a-round-the-rosies", which was so cute! Of course Chloe pulled Lucas around in a circle, but he loved every minute of it!

Then, we headed to the park to feed the ducks and geese! It was so cute! There were so many that I think it scared Ms. Chloe a little! Lucas was for sure saying "the more..the marrier"

after a little bit of feeding the fowl...Scott finally arrived for the Photos! So I pretty much followed the Conklin's around the park as they played together! It was so fun to watch them! The kids were in "awe"! We had a great time and captured some really wonderful expressions! It isn't hard when they are all so darn photogenic!

It really was a wonderful day! Everything about it! Even the shopping afterwards!

Short and sweet......

So Mollie and I ventured out on one of the coldest days yet, to take her "Senior" portraits! It was freezing, but we got the job done! And came away with some wonderful photos! Mollie was a great girl to work with.... Very simple and everything was so natural about her! It was great! Easy to talk to, and really easy to take pictures of! Despite the cold she was a great "sport" about the whole thing!

Maddison's Senior Photo shoot!

Last weekend was a glorious weekend! Not only was the weather wonderful, children healthy but I got to photograph a new smile! Madison was such a wonderful person to take portraits of! She was that "easy" smiler! All I had to do was remind her of how horribly fake her smile was and then snap a shot! She would instantly giggle! It was great! Her mother was a joy to have with us as well! She was little miss "know" every spot in the book! It was great! Can't wait for session #2!

A Greek Baptism.....Amazing!

Okay...so this past weekend I went to a baptism at the Greek Orthodox church in Denver, CO! It was an amazing memory to share with an amazing family!

Although half the time I couldn't understand what they were saying, I could really feel the presence of the Lord in that church! It was wonderful! It was an honor

sharing this day with the family! Bill & Natasa shared this day with 200 people!

I was just the lucky one that got to be front row for the entire thing! Thank you both so much! Your family is beautiful......good luck and God bless!

So the second session for Kristi was a ton of fun! Her and three of her girlfriends met me in Bozeman and we found some great places to take her pictures! She is a beautiful girl and easily photographed! I know....her hair grew fast in a month or two! It is really fun to have a totally new look to shoot! Can't wait for the last photo shoot! What will the new look be!

I have been gone! I swear!

okay, so I have been gone so much this summer! lots of family vacationing in between all the photo shoots! I know...no excuse! I promise though....I have been really really busy! The

kids and I ventured to Cascade, ID for a week at the cabin! It was so relaxing,

so warm and just tons of fun! Then I drug my son home from farming with my family for

the first time in two months! YIKES! I had a single child and was actually

needing to hear the sound of my children fighting! LOL!

Now it is all business though! School starts in a few weeks and I am being bombarded with Senior pictures and my own children's school matters! Now we are off to Denver for a Greek Baptism....WORK WORK WORK! NO PLAY! Not true...we are meeting my husband for a week long, much needed, most deserved family vacation! Waterworld, Cog Rail, Zoo, Baseball games here we come! I am really going to work on this whole blog thing.

GOAL #1....post at least twice a week! Lets see how I do!

I had a wonderful opportunity to photography my oldest sister's triplets this winter! Oh my gosh... what a joy! I have no words to describe the crazy lifestyle her and her family have! It is amazing! She is absolutely "Super MOM" in my opinion! Three one year olds, a 4 year old, 9 years, and then the ever dreaded 13!

They are all great children (no matter the age)!

The boys were turning "ONE" so we decided to get some photos while they were still
not walking! LOL!

I had such a wonderful visit! What an amazing family!

I need a male and female to fill the positions. These two

people will get a complimentary "URBAN" photoshoot and appear

in all of my advertising for the year. I will also enter the two models

Lewistown, MT

This was my first trip ever to Lewistown, MT! What a gorgeous little town! It doesn't consist of much, but the setting for this wedding was just wonderful.

Katalin Green Designs turned this town's fish hatchery into such a romantic setting. Every last detail was amazing.

This couple picked a spot that was "in the middle" for both families. They themselves live over seas, serving our country. So it was all new to them as well!

Congratulations Sarah & Cameron! I wish you both the best of luck. Come home safely, and I appreciate all that you do for our country!

Big Sky Wedding

This was definitely a "Big Sky" wedding! Not a bright and sunny "Big Sky" wedding, but an absolutely gorgeous one anyway! This wedding was so extremely beautiful.
Katalin Green Designs really did a wonderful job. The Bride and Groom were a wonderful couple to work with!
We had the Lord on our side for sure! Just when we thought we wouldn't get any photos..... the skies cleared up and the sun poked through! It was great!
I really want to thank the two of you for choosing me to help you remember this day forever! I had a wonderful time....

Commercial Photo Shoot!

So awhile back, some highschool girls and I landed a job from a small boutique here in town called Saphire! Such a cute store! I was wanting to do some cross advertising with them.... Me use their clothes (Jeans mostly) and photograph their vintage style! The shoot was fun...the model was wonderful and this was what we got!
The store's owner was great to work with. Very patient and just an awesome person!
hopefully we can continue to business in the
future!

Little Canyon....

So this is how far behind I really am....back in JUNE, I had the opportunity to do a photo shoot of a young boy here in Livingston....what a cutie he is! His eyes and smile are to die for! We had such a good time. Running around the park for about an hour with him was exhausting! But well worth it as you can see! His happiness was very contagious, I secretly loved every minute of it!Cory...thank you for being so patient. I have had a lot going on, but I never forgot about you and little Canyon! Hope all is well! Call me sometime!

So...okay, okay! It has been way too long! I have been so busy with all my summer weddings, my own personal life and now Senior photos are picking up speed! Beautiful Idaho Wedding!

Wow...this weekend was absolutely wonderful. I can't tell you what a great experience I had at this wedding! I journey to Idaho every single summer to visit my family, but this year was even more wonderful. I got the opportunity to photograph my wonderful cousin Logan and his beautiful bride Stephanie's wedding day! I really was taken back by the setting. When they told me that the wedding would take place in Castleford, ID....well I wasn't exactly thrilled! I had a million images running through my mind of what the photos would look like! Boy oh boy was I WRONG! The setting was gorgeous! I was taken back by the subtle beauty of it all. It was a day to remember.....Thank you to the Hudson and Guerry Families

So....it is finally summer (being May and all), but the weather has been so random! I have been super busy with a few weddings and lots of advertising! I have completely cut myself off of the Internet because I don't get anything done if I am online! So today is my first real day of feeling half way relaxed enough to surf a bit! I am getting ready for "Senior Portrait Season", so that is always good! Keeps me on my toes! Lots of family portraits coming up too! I really believe that I started this blog at the wrong time! I am wanting to just sit here on this computer ('cause I don't spend enough time on it as it is!) and play with my page. Yikes....I think I am addicted to this thing! Well, April is starting off pretty busy, I am piling up on children's portraits and even doing some fashion photoshoots with a local boutique! It should be pretty exciting. I am also traveling to Idaho for a wedding on the 18th. It should be beautiful, it is located down in the Snakeriver canyon in southern Idaho. The weather hopefuly cooperates with us, but all-in-all, a beautiful location! The bride and groom are friends of my sister's, so it will be very relaxed! I am excited work with this couple, they are fun, energetic and very unique! Trying out some new stuff should be fun! I'll keep ya posted on the fashion shoot for this weekend!

So here it is....my very first blog. Wow, now that the wedding season is officially beginning for me, insomnia is setting in. Glorious days with beautiful brides and all of the family that travels with them, and endless nights on the computer! My husband and children are less than thrilled!
